Another Green New Deal Project on the East End - Progressive Globalism is a cancer upon our American Communities, The Free Market System works when govt regulations and policies are limited and businesses are free to compete and thrive in a business friendly environment - everything else is a government take over of your community. This will guarantee the democrats and their destructive projects and policies will take full control of hampton bays forever. Do your research, these utopian promised community developments and business improvement districts have been tried in the 70s and have failed miserably, yet here we are again with new lipstick on the same pig. New street lights, sidewalks, open spaces, parks, and main street apartments, the recipe for affordable housing - govt subsidized housing which leads to high rates of crime, loitering, vacant storefronts, and non-profit tenants. Not to mention higher taxes and the poor quality that results from lack of competition due to the business improvement mandates and rules found in their handbook.

The Globalists are in the process of taking over your community with the consent of a few naive individuals un-knowingly at the very least, promoting this socialist/communist takeover of your hamlet. The Chamber of Commerce should oppose this takeover but they have apparently been co-opted by the govt and quasi govt monies that will pour in from the taxpayer funded grant money, which is also part of their social engineering planned development in which it is essential they recruit the chamber and local leaders in order to make this happen without resistance. What they dont tell you is that the taxpayers of hampton bays will be funding the many other business development projects that take place somewhere else in the state or country, so they can tell you that your money is not being used on this hampton bays project.

End result your hamlet will now take its policies and mandates from Albany, NYC, and the United Nations. (One person - one vote) will no longer exist. You will surrender all your control not to mention your voice to the United Nations. Just look at Riverhead and how they are being pressured to take illegal immigrants into their community because they accepted grant money for their projects from Albany, NYC and the globalists who fully support the united nations policies of pushing for a borderless america.

The American Businesses and their Chambers of Commerce are failing to protect us from a govt takeover of our local governments which have and are currently promoting this progressive socialist takeover of your local voting rights which you will find out in the future that will you no longer possess. Congress rejected the Green New Deal which includes these business improvement districts and so-called smart community developments - but is being ignored by NY State and other Democrat run states using executive orders and other workarounds. Hampton Bays has been purposely blighted over the years since the 90s by your government so they can take it over with little or no resistance.

The economy of hampton bays was booming in the 80s due to free markets and little govt regulation - then govt stepped in and began shutting it down slowly at first, then much quicker, and now that they have blighted it enough where they have you begging for them to takeover your hamlet by pouring taxpayer funded grants which will in effect force your residents to surrender their voting rights and grievances to big govt. You will officially become slaves to the State. Your Representatives should be fighting for your rights, not surrendering them to the socialists, marxists, and communist of the United Nations which are the policy-makers and enforcers of the Green New Deal.

Hampton Bays will turn Blue once the business improvement district is completed. You will lose your voice and your community to big govt.
